HealTree and Lauren Mund will be offering Time Out Group Acupuncture for Stress Relief every third Thursday of the month on January 18th and February 15th from 4:30-5:30pm at 1632 Savannah Road, Suite 10, Lewes. The second round will be held.

Stimulating the acupressure points in your ears creates space between your thoughts, feelings, and actions, paving the way for changing your mind and body habits.
During these one-hour sessions, participants receive group acupuncture for the ear. Acupuncture can be delivered in seeds/pellets (which do not puncture the skin) or needles. Please donate what you can. Suggested donations range from $5 to $40.
Mundo began practicing acupuncture in New York in 2009 after graduating from Five Elements Academy of Acupuncture in Gainesville, Florida. She is a licensed acupuncturist in Delaware and New York and is a Diplomate Certified in Oriental Medicine by the National Acupuncture Certification Board. Oriental medicine. She practices various styles of acupuncture, including Five Elements, Balance Method, Master Tung, and Auricular Acupuncture. Mundo has experience in massage therapy and working with musculoskeletal issues and pain management for people with chronic back, neck, and shoulder pain. Mundo says she believes that awareness is the key to increasing happiness.
