Finding ways to stay healthy can be difficult, so we asked members of the Baylor College of Medicine community to share what they do in their daily lives to maintain a healthy lifestyle.
Dr. Magdalena Sanz Cortés, Associate Professor of Obstetrics and Gynecology, shared some of her own healthy habits.
Q: What health resolution does your day start with?
answer: A few minutes of meditation and walking the dog.

answer: Eggs or a protein shake.

answer: Vegan burger alternatives and using iceberg lettuce leaves instead of bread for burger buns.

answer: Vitamin C, retinol, peptides.

answer: Hiking and playing pickleball.
