Eid-ul-Fitr 2024: A special festival is approaching and we cannot remain calm. The actual date of Eid al-Fitr was decided after a crescent moon was sighted in Saudi Arabia and is scheduled to be celebrated on April 11th. Every year, Eid-ul-Fitr is celebrated with great grandeur and pomp. In the world. Eid al-Fitr, one of the most special festivals celebrated by the Muslim community, is also known as Meeti Eid. Eid al-Fitr marks the end of the month-long fast, also known as Ramadan. During Ramadan, the ninth month of the Islamic calendar, Muslims fast from dawn to dusk. After sunset, the fast is broken with dates and water. The beginning and end of Ramadan is determined by the appearance of the crescent moon. This year’s Ramadan started on March 11th.

Eid al-Fitr is celebrated with family and friends, enjoying lots of food and drinks. People gather with their loved ones and celebrate the day together. However, you need to consider the balance between the festive feast and your health.

Tips for balancing festive feasting and health

Don’t miss your training: Festivals can get you into a celebratory mood, but you should be careful not to skip any training at all. Exercise should be a priority, even if it’s only for a short time.

mindful eating: Avoid eating too many fried and oily foods. We need to choose healthier alternatives and pay attention to our diet.

Pre-event snacks: You should have a snack before the event to curb your hunger. You should also try not to overeat during the celebration.

late dinner: We should not eat food late at night. Festivities can be time-consuming, but you should be careful about dinner time, as late dinners can lead to unhealthy weight gain.

Stay hydrated: Don’t forget to drink enough water throughout the day. As summer approaches, the body needs constant hydration.
