VEA will be hosting an immersive sound meditation event with Kyle Lamb Sound Healing on Monday, April 22 from 7-8 p.m. Experience the harmony of music and mindfulness in sessions designed to connect mind and heart, leading to deep relaxation and clarity. The event features a welcoming introduction to meditation, a transformative 45-minute guided sound bath, and a closing ceremony to reflect on the journey. Suitable for all levels of meditation practice, you will receive complimentary doTERRA essential oils that add an olfactory dimension to your meditation.
