Grace Beverly is a force to be reckoned with. The ultimate multi-hyphenate woman – at the age of 27, she has founded not one but her three successful businesses. Her eco-friendly activewear brand TALA, her fitness app Shreddy, and her line of daily planners that she sells through her The Productivity Method.

If you’ve been following Grace from the beginning, you’ll remember that she started out as a fitness influencer, posting workout videos from her bedroom at Oxford University under the name Grace Fit. She is currently a published Sunday Times bestselling author. work hard, work little And I host a podcast under the same name. There she chats with notable pioneers such as Dr. Rangan Chatterjee, Laura Jackson, Caroline Hirons and, most recently, Emily English.

So who better to ask about all things health and wellness? From the importance of planning to taking daily vegetable supplements to how to track your sleep, here are her top tips for staying healthy.

I want to complete my morning routine as quickly as possible. So I usually wake up around 7am, have some coffee and immediately start getting ready.

I’ve honed my speedy hair and makeup routine to a work of art over the years, so I can really get out of bed, leave the house, and head to the office in 30 minutes.

My relationship with exercise has changed a lot over the past few years. Back in college, I was dedicated to lifting, sculpting, and shredding, but to be honest, it revolved a lot more around how I looked than how I felt. Ta.

I had a big realization this year and concluded that I need to prioritize regular daily movements, and I’m loving it. I started his Shreddy70 challenge on January 1st, which combines Pilates, yoga, walking, strength training, and HIIT. For the first time in my life, I went running every week. After years of going to the gym, it was so freeing to explore a new avenue of exercise.

I’m not someone who eats a lot of breakfast during the week. But my weekend routine has been the same for over 10 years. Creamy mushrooms on toast.

My fiance uses Oatly Cream and makes it for us every weekend. That’s definitely one of the reasons I married him. It’s truly the ultimate weekend breakfast and feels super indulgent without raising your blood sugar too much.

I’ve been on a real journey with my skin over the past few years. I developed acne due to PCOS in 2020 and tried everything to get rid of it. My saving grace was Skin&Me’s Daily Dozer, a personalized formula created just for you by Skin&Me. I’ve tried products that cost 10 times the price and Skin&Me was the only one that made a noticeable difference. Other than my daily dose, I keep it super simple with Caroline Hirons Skin Locks Moisturizer and Ultra Violet Supreme Screen SPF.

I recently purchased the CurrentBody red light mask. I’m not a multitasker, so I wear it when I watch TV in the evening.

My favorite coffee order is the iced oat latte. I’ve been trying to lose weight and now have a strict rule of “no coffee after 12pm” and I hold my team accountable when I don’t have the willpower.

I was taking a lot of supplements. But I was tired of spending too much money and taking too many medications every month. That’s why I approached the Shreddy team with the idea of developing a green powder that would do all the tasks of a supplement in one he said. I remember thinking at our first meeting that it might not be possible, but a year later (and 30 samples later), a glass of Shreddy Supergreens contains daily vitamins, prebiotics, and It has 100% NRV of probiotics and all the vitamins and minerals I was taking. It is already taken for hair and skin growth. As someone who values efficiency, this is a dream multitasking supplement. I’ve been drinking this instead of coffee in the afternoon and it really helps me avoid the mid-afternoon crash I always had.

I wear an Oura ring to track my sleepMy schedule is usually pretty back-to-back, so I know how far to push myself on any given day. Usually I know it before I’m about to collapse.

Although I try my best to get 8 hours of sleep each night, After years of effort, I’ve learned that I need 8 hours to get my work done and maintain my weekly schedule. I always try to read at least 10 pages of a fiction book before bed. I find that it really helps take my brain out of work mode and improves my overall sleep quality.

I don’t write a diary, but I do make plans. I actually think this is the most important part of my health routine. I truly believe that organization is self-care. If you’re feeling stressed because your schedule and priorities are a mess, setting a goal and blocking out time is much more effective than having an indulgent night in (I love an indulgent night in) but).

Every week, I go to the Productivity Planner page to assess my personal and professional goals, whether I’ve achieved them, whether they’re realistic, set goals for the next week, and how they fit into my time and schedule. Make sure they match. I have blocked the schedule to run those specific tasks. It only takes 15 minutes and is the most calming exercise of the week.
