He also revealed some particularly interesting changes that happened to his body as a result of his new workout routine.
“I tried Pilates and I got the biggest dimples I’ve ever seen on my butt, which was great. Those dimples are a real crowd pleaser.”

He also adopted some new habits learned from Hollywood’s biggest stars. The best tip, he says, is to avoid beer and drink tequila.
“Beer on a movie shoot is not good for the cameras,” he said, noting that the beer “gets in” his face. “This is he IMAX, the audience knows.”
Another tip that Powell took to heart came from none other than Sylvester Stallone. Powell said he once saw Stallone do crunches and told him to focus on his “movie muscles” instead: his forearms and traps, or the trapezius muscles of his upper back and neck.

When it comes to eating, Powell said he’s “pretty chill,” a decision he made to avoid being in a bad mood.
“I come from a family that eats, so if you really put me on a diet, I think I’d be pretty grumpy. I wouldn’t want to be around grumpy Glenn. That’s not good.”
I also try not to get too attached to what I’m eating or not eating. That’s because you’re only thinking about food.
“Make it very manageable and simple,” he advised. “Because if you don’t, you’ll turn into this weird person who’s obsessed with food, and you never want to be that person. Everyone hates that person.”
Powell added, “So I don’t really feel like I’m dieting, I’m just eating whatever I want.”
