Morrison revealed some secrets about his life in an interview. ModerateShe says exercise is something she values and incorporates into her life. “I grew up dancing so I was always very active, but after I graduated from university and danced less, I realized how much being active affected my mental health. Now exercise is a central part of my day – I do any exercise class I can get into – pilates, dance, weightlifting, spin.”
Morrison loves spending time outside, something she talked about in an interview with Medium. “The light makes me feel so beautiful. During golden hour or any time when the sun is hitting my skin at just the right angle, I feel like the most beautiful person on the planet. Not to mention, getting some vitamin D makes me feel better physically.”
In an interview with Medium, Morrison shared some of her secrets to boosting her confidence: “I’ll give you a little self-exposure. I think growing up dancing, the mirror has always been my best friend. Every room I’ve ever been in has had a mirror on or inside the closet door. Putting on some music and feeling myself in the mirror has really helped me to feel more confident. This has also really helped me when photographing myself, because in a way, the front camera on your phone is a mirror. I just love to dance, but I think I can pose, sing, or honestly, do anything if I can just look at myself.”
Taking care of your skin and hair is incredibly important to Morrison, as she explained why in an interview with Medium: “This year, I’ve focused more on self-care than ever before. Routine has become so important to me because my life can get really busy at any moment and having a consistent morning and evening routine really helps. My new favorite part of my nighttime routine is what I call an “investment.” I’ve added multiple body, skin, and hair routines that mean I’ll wait longer to see results. I started with a lash serum and all of a sudden within four months I had super long, natural lashes, so now I apply hair oil, lash serum, and gua sha every night. My home and space are a big part of my routine.“
