In a recent chat with Audacy, G-Eazy He cited “water, sun and nature” as “essential” parts of his daily life, and shared some ways he stays mentally healthy.

“Well, I know it sounds simple, but I think it’s really, really important and part of what I try to do is spend time in the park and in nature,” G-Eazy said.
“Greenery… I think it’s really important to surround yourself with that in your life, just getting outside and getting some sun,” he continued. “Just something as simple as going for a walk and spending time in the park, for me… it really increases happiness and endorphins and stuff.”
“And drink lots of water,” G-Eazy added, noting, “Obviously, that’s kind of an oversimplification…it’s about going back to basics, but sometimes we forget the basics. We do really better with water and sunshine and nature.”
