NatureFit is a pioneering digital health app focused on promoting AYUSH (Ayurveda, Yoga and Naturopathy, Unani, Siddha, Homeopathy) treatments. The startup aims to bridge the gap in awareness and credibility surrounding India’s traditional medicine system.
In this episode of Startup to Scaleup, founder and CEO Avneet Bhatia talks about the birth, mission, and vision of NatureFit.
About Nature Fit
Launched in January 2022, NatureFit offers a comprehensive digital ecosystem that integrates a variety of AYUSH therapies, certified practitioners, wellness retreats, and health products.
“NatureFit was born out of my own health journey,” says Bhatia. “After years of suffering from chronic health problems and relying on modern medicine, I discovered the benefits of Ayurveda, naturopathy, and yoga. This personal transformation led me to explore these fields. This inspired me to pursue a professional qualification and ultimately conceptualize NatureFit.”
NatureFit has quickly gained traction and boasts over 5,000 products from over 100 brands in Ayurveda and natural health, with over 10,000 doctors and 100 hospitals across India. The app also serves his over 200,000 users and works with over 100 companies to offer wellness programs and health webinars.
NatureFit Validation Process
A key aspect of NatureFit’s credibility lies in its rigorous physician and product verification process. “We ensure that all doctors have the necessary qualifications and experience,” Bhatia explained. “Similarly, our products come from established brands that adhere to strict quality standards. We want our users to trust that they are receiving authentic and effective AYUSH treatment. ”
Looking ahead, Bhatia envisions expanding the reach of NatureFit both in India and abroad. “There is a growing demand for AYUSH treatment abroad,” she pointed out. “We aim to make these treatments available worldwide through online consultations and product orders. We also aim to make these treatments available worldwide through online consultations and product orders. We plan to promote tourism.”
Business scale
On the financial front, NatureFit has experienced steady growth, with annual revenue increasing from Rs 1.2 billion in the first year to Rs 3.5 billion in the second year. The startup is preparing its first major funding round within the next six months to foster further expansion and strategic partnerships.
Despite the promising growth, Bhatia acknowledges that there are challenges, particularly in raising awareness and building trust in AYUSH treatments. “Our goal is to be the go-to brand for AYUSH healthcare,” she said. “We also aim to take advantage of recent changes in the insurance system that allow health insurance to cover AYUSH treatment, making it more accessible and affordable.”
Finally, Mr. Bhatia emphasized NatureFit’s mission. “We want to promote simple lifestyle changes that can prevent chronic diseases. By integrating AYUSH treatment into mainstream medicine, we can reduce dependence on drugs and surgery and ultimately improve overall health. I want to improve my health.”
