SBE announced a new venture with Fountain Life to take over approximately 13,000 square feet of commercial space at Century Plaza in Los Angeles, California.
The concept, which has yet to be officially announced, is designed to address the growing demand for longevity and wellness solutions.
The official brand launch is scheduled for the third quarter, with the Century Plaza centre expected to open in late 2024.
Plans for the LA flagship store include creating a luxury longevity ecosystem designed to promote preventative technologies at the intersection of science, nutrition and functional medicine.
Lifestyle hospitality company Sbe is expanding into the longevity and wellness sector with newly branded properties, the first of which is scheduled to open in Los Angeles’ Century Plaza development by the end of 2024.
SBE will lease approximately 13,000 square feet of space in the six-acre development owned by private investment group Reuben Brothers to open its flagship “Six-Star Longevity and Preventive Care Wellness Facility.”
The space will be operated by Fountain Life, a leader in the longevity industry since 2020, providing advanced diagnostics and validated therapies for people seeking longer, healthier lives.
The venture, which has not yet been named, promises to work with Fountain Life and other leaders in healthcare and wellness to deliver precision diagnostics and wellness experiences focused on detecting, preventing and eliminating conditions that shorten life and rob quality and vitality of life.
SBE says the brand and its portfolio of properties will leverage its advanced hospitality expertise to transform a challenging clinical process into an engaging and endearing experience.
The official brand launch is scheduled for the third quarter, with the Century Plaza centre expected to open in late 2024.
