Forum Brands, a holding company for family-oriented consumer brands, announced it has acquired EVER, a leading provider of clean skin care solutions, from Stella & Dot Brands. Known for its patented LSR10 technology, EVER offers luxurious, clinically proven skin care essentials that address the hormonal changes experienced in one’s 30s, around menopause and beyond.

Jessica Herrin will remain in an advisory role to EVER and the entire Forum family of brands during the transition period.
