Livin Health has signed a lease to provide specialty services in North Brunswick, Fennelly Associates announced Monday. The clinic has signed a lease on his 1,125-square-foot location at 1950 Route 27 and will offer clients a wide range of therapeutic services, including deep tissue massage therapy, aromatherapy massage, cupping therapy, acupuncture and more. It’s a schedule.
Jerry Fennelly and Matthew Fennelly of Fennelly Associates represented the owner, 1950 NB Property LLC, in the transaction with the tenant.
Strategically located on Route 27 in North Brunswick, 1950 Route 27 is a 13,280-square-foot, one-story building with a variety of medical offices and retail space. This property features prominent signage, ample on-site parking, and convenient access to nearby retailers including Costco, ALDI, and Trader Joe’s. Unit 2, which currently houses Livin Health, has two exam rooms, two storage rooms, a waiting room, a private bathroom, and a reception area.
