The launch of FS8 follows a surge in global demand for Pilates, strength training and holistic wellness.

FS8, the science-backed fitness brand owned by F45 Training, opens a flagship store in Austin, Texas, and announces additional studio openings in the U.S. and a master franchise agreement to bring the brand to South Korea and Europe. .England
The FS8 workout includes a 50-minute circuit-based session that combines Pilates, tone, and yoga exercises. The brand features low-impact, high-energy workouts, and the workouts are suitable for all fitness levels, and he says no two workouts are the same.

In South Korea, the agreement signed with Embrace will see the opening of multiple FS8 studios across the country, starting with the flagship store in Seongsu.

The launch of F45’s new brand comes as holistic wellness is on the rise around the world, prompting fitness companies to expand their offerings. Xponential Fitness recently acquired Lindora, a metabolic health chain that provides access to GLP-1 weight loss drugs. Personal training app Volt has acquired Zama Health to add mental health services to its platform.
