In these monthly meetings we will explore what holds us back from being truly happy and what Buddhist advice we can implement in our daily lives to increase our inner peace and happiness. How to change your life Learn the ancient wisdom and meditation techniques from Geshe Kelsang Gyatso that hold the keys to living a more peaceful, meaningful and happier life. Each class begins with a guided breathing meditation, followed by practical instruction on the topic, and ends with a final meditation and Q&A session.

Suitable for everyone, these meditation classes will teach you practical ways to improve the quality of your life through meditation and Buddhist teachings. Classes are available as a drop-in, and you can join a full series each month or attend individual classes. Each class is self-contained.
This program is not a Library District event. Any opinions expressed and other information presented herein are solely those of the producing organization. Although there is no age restriction, these classes are primarily intended for adults and are not intended for children; however, well-behaved, mature children may participate under parental supervision.
