Gallery Time and Space in Bengaluru recently Organic Reverie, The exhibition features a wide range of artistic interpretations of the essence of nature. The works on display by 25 artists go beyond mere representation to provide an opportunity to experience the beauty, energy and spirituality of nature.

The charming gallery on Lovell Road displays over 1,000 artworks, with work from 85 artists available to view on its website. Read coverage of previous exhibitions here.
Each piece in this recent exhibition serves as a window into the organic world, capturing not only the picturesque aspects of nature but also the spiritual energy that animates all living things within their environment.
“Audiences praised the exhibition as inspiring, therapeutic, beautiful and vibrant, and ‘not pretentious like other galleries,'” says gallery director Renu George. Your story. Other comments included “Amazing collection” and “I’d love to visit again.”

Featured artists, some of whose work is showcased in this photo essay, include Abdul Salam, Amitabh Sengupta, Anand Bekwad, Anant Nayak, Bharati Sagar, Bhaskar Gauribanda, Bhavani GS, Chaitali Chanda, Dheeraj Choudhury, Durgaprasad Bandi, Humera Ali and John Pereira.
The line-up of artists also includes Kayalvizhi, Maredu Ram, Prasanna Kumar, Pressy Nathan, Satyabrata Das, Shakti Velu, Shirley Mathew, Sivakumar Sunagar, Subir Dey, Sujata Kalu Saha, Sukesan Kanka, Sultana Hasan and Suresh Pushpangattan.
The works include photographic prints, mixed media, cyanographies, tempera, etchings, acrylics, oils and watercolors on paper, board and canvas, priced between Rs 5,000 and Rs 40 lakh.

“The pieces were chosen from our stock to fit our theme. When commissioning a job you never know what piece you’re going to get,” George explains.
Sometimes, artists don’t feel inspired to create a particular piece. “In this case, we had no choice but to choose from the spontaneous works,” she adds.
The gallery also hosts art appreciation classes, artist dialogues, group discussions, book launches, and art events such as music concerts, film screenings, poetry readings, and experimental theatre performances.

The space is truly a welcoming destination for private collectors, businesses, interior designers, architects and art lovers. Conveniently located in the bustling UB City area.
George currently works on exhibiting and selling art through the Kolkata Contemporary Artists Association, “which was founded in 1960 and has produced many great masters,” says George.
They include late Gopal Ghosh, late Somnath Hole, late Suhas Roy, Ganesh Haroi, Manu Parekh, BR Panesar, Akhil Chandra Das, Aditya Basak, Lalu Prasad Shaw and Bimal Kundu among others.

“We strive to showcase both young, talented artists and established, well-known artists, because both categories are important,” George asserts.
Old masters will be given the spotlight for their talent, and young artists will be recognised for their potential and given the support they need to establish themselves in the art world. “We also want to have a wide range of collections, from very low priced pieces to high-end pieces,” she adds.
Previous exhibitions at the gallery include Free (Portrait of the Indian Woman’s Journey and Spirit) Beyond the curve (Sculptures, paintings and drawings by artist Sanjiv Sankpal).

Recent showcases have featured a wide range of subjects and techniques that collectively evoke a sense of wonder and awe at the sublime natural world we inhabit, yet so much of, take for granted.
According to George, mountains, forests, seas, and suns are life-giving, life-affirming, evidence of what existed before us and will continue to exist after us.
“Each piece reflects the artist’s own spiritual, emotional and philosophical connection to nature. I invite you to take a deep breath, pause for a moment and immerse yourself in the natural world,” concludes George.
