Join us for a meditation session, Embracing Change, designed to help you overcome and accept the inevitable changes that life brings. This practice, provided by RollingOut Universe, guides you to understand and embrace change not as disruption, but as part of a natural and enriching journey.

Welcome to RollingOut Universe Meditation. We invite you to this session. Whether you’re facing small changes or major life transitions, this meditation aims to develop a peaceful mindset to move forward with grace and resilience.

Choose a quiet, comfortable place where you can sit or lie down without being disturbed. Incorporate elements that symbolize flow and flexibility, such as water or wind chimes, to help calm the environment. Please close your eyes.

Let’s countdown to passing.
5 Start with deep, slow breathing. Take a deep breath to collect your thoughts and exhale completely to release any initial resistance to change. With each breath, you experience a deeper sense of relaxation and openness.
4 Systematically relax each part of your body, starting from your toes and working your way up. Concentrating on each area releases tension, softens your body, and allows you to surrender to the moment.
3 Let go of everyday thoughts and focus on the sensation of breathing. Imagine your mind as a gentle river flowing smoothly and effortlessly adapting to the twists and turns in its path.
2 Prepare your mind to receive this meditation lesson by imagining yourself like a flower opening into the morning sun. Be willing to experience all the emotions that change may bring.
1 Make sure mentally that you are ready to accept and grow from changes in your life. Recognize that each change presents an opportunity for personal growth and deeper understanding.

Imagine yourself standing in a landscape that is changing before your eyes. It could be a forest changing from winter to spring, or a cityscape changing from day to night. Feel the energy of transformation and recognize it as a natural and essential force.

Notice how the environment around you changes, grows, and declines. Understand that these changes are part of the larger cycle of life and observe them without judgement. Each end heralds a new beginning.

Think about recent changes in your own life. Perhaps it’s a new job, a move to another city, a new relationship, or the end of a relationship. Think about how this change has affected you and look at it from a growth and opportunity perspective.

Allow yourself to fully feel the emotions associated with this change. Give space in your heart for emotions, whether it’s excitement, fear, sadness, or joy. As you inhale and exhale these feelings, imagine letting go of any resistance you feel to change.

Shift your focus to the positive possibilities this change may bring. Imagine the best-case scenario and imagine yourself succeeding in this new phase of your life. What skills can I gain? How can I grow emotionally or spiritually?

Let’s countdown to the end of meditation
5 As you near the end of your meditation, reaffirm your ability to adapt to change and grow. Recognize your resilience and the strength you have developed through past transitions.
4 Begin to bring your awareness back to your physical environment. Focus on the ground beneath your feet and the air around you, and slowly begin to move your fingers and toes.
3 Consider how this meditation changed the way you view change. What insights have you gained about accepting and embracing change?
2 Try to carry this idea into your daily life. Let the receptiveness you develop influence how you respond to both small and big changes.
1. When you are ready, gently open your eyes. Take a moment to adjust and bring in the peace and acceptance that you have been cultivating.
