Not much has been heard about the project since the end of 2023, and some residents who have pre-ordered are wondering what’s going on.
“We’ve been getting inquiries about the cookbook, but it’s taking a lot longer than we expected,” Pastor Will told me the other day. “He turned what was originally intended to be a DIY project into a true design masterpiece, which has gone through several edits. … It’s going to be something really special for our community.”



“I’ve been telling people this is a volunteer-driven labor of love, but like any community project, it takes time to get it right,” Pastor Will said. “But it’s going to be so great that it’s going to be worth the wait.”
Organizers said they hope to deliver the work to a publisher soon and have it printed by the end of the summer.
