Glenview District 34 will host “Debunking Parenting Myths: Find the Facts to Reduce Anxiety and Support Your Family’s Health with Doug Bolton” open to the public on Monday, May 6 at 7 p.m. at Atea Middle School To do.

Bolton is a licensed clinical psychologist and director of school counseling for Formative Psychology Services. He worked at North Shore Academy for over 20 years, first he worked as a psychologist from 1998 until 2005, and then from 2005 he worked as principal of North Shore Academy until 2019.
Located in Highland Park, North Shore Academy is part of True North (formerly North Shore Special Education District, NSSED). True North provides additional services to a consortium of public schools, including the District, for students with special needs, including admission to North Shore Academy when appropriate. 34. These districts will send one representative to serve on the board.
Distance 34 officials said the event is open to the public beyond the District. There were 34 local residents and parents.
This event is fully funded by the Debra Gelfand Children’s Foundation, which regularly supports the District. 34 students require support and we support children’s mental health.
