Participants in the NCFlex Accident and Critical Illness Plan administered by Voya are eligible for health benefits.

This benefit is payable once per year for each Insured Person who completes a qualifying medical examination. The deadline for submitting a medical examination claim through Voya is six months after the examination or the end of the plan year, whichever is later.

If you are enrolled in both plans, you may receive health benefits from each for the same tests. See below for information on which tests are covered and how to claim.

Some tests may overlap with all three plans (critical illness, accident and cancer), so you may receive health benefits from all three plans when you join.
