He said beauty sleep sounds like a “cliché” but it’s true, and adults should aim for seven to nine hours of sleep each night.

“To improve the quality of your sleep, consider investing in high-quality bedding made from hypoallergenic materials,” he said.
“Sleeping on your back is often recommended to prevent facial wrinkles.
