The mother-daughter duo can be seen doing Pilates together and she said, “I enrolled my mother in a Pilates class. She says she is doing better than the others in the class and can complete the more difficult sets. She admits that she used to be unable to stand up from sitting on the floor and now she can get up very quickly. She can even walk up the stairs effortlessly. I decided to go with my mother today.”
She further added, “When we have a baby, all our attention, whether consciously or not, is shifted to our child. We give them all our attention. In the midst of all that, we tend to neglect those who have taken care of us. I thought if we don’t take care of them, we are setting a bad example to our children. They learn from us. What will my daughters learn if we don’t take care of them? This isn’t the first time though. I used to make my mother exercise all the time. But a few years ago, she injured her knee and couldn’t exercise anymore. I too lost track of time while raising two babies, but then I thought I would revive the routine and make my mother healthy. And now she is doing it so well.”
“As my children grew up, I started paying more attention to their mothers,” she says, demonstrating her passion for nurturing family health and strengthening bonds.
