Mother’s Day is coming up, so beef. That’s what’s for dinner. The brand covers your family.
DENVER, May 10, 2024 /PRNewswire/ — When it comes to impressing your mom, it’s all about your mindset. What better way to show your appreciation for your mom than with a homemade brunch?of beef. That’s what’s for dinner. Ahead of Sunday morning, the brand, which is funded by Beef Checkoff, is sharing some delicious recipes that will make mom smile while avoiding the brunch crowd.

This beef and vegetable frittata will make mom and other family members feel like they’re sitting at their favorite brunch restaurant. Loaded with ground beef, red potatoes, zucchini, tomatoes, and fresh basil, this frittata delivers fresh flavor with a hearty kick. No matter your mom’s preferences, this frittata can also be customized by adding her favorite vegetables. Between that and using ground meat, this recipe wins in the versatility category.
If your mom is a fan of a good steak, this Southern Skirt Steak Benedict is a must-try. A bold twist on the classic Eggs Benedict with Choron Sauce, this dish lets moms taste every flavor. This protein-packed meal is perfect for a busy family day around town or at the park, or for entertaining at home.
Another memorable dish of my mom was this rustic corned beef and potato bake. If the presentation alone doesn’t wow you, the flavors of corned beef, red potatoes, Parmesan, and Swiss cheese will. If you’re having corned beef for dinner and looking for ways to use leftovers, keep this recipe on hand so you can use it year-round.
