Vedix, a customised Ayurvedic personal care brand, has partnered with Shoppers Stop to open exclusive shop-in-shop locations. The first SIS was opened at Shoppers Stop in Garuda Mall, Bengaluru.
“While we have a strong online presence in India and globally, our offline expansion is just beginning. We are grateful to have Shoppers Stop as a partner,” said Jatin Gujarati, business head, Vedics.
Providing a customized Ayurvedic beauty experience
The partnership will offer Shoppers Stop customers a premium, customized Ayurvedic beauty experience, a company statement said.
According to the release notes, customers will have access to a complimentary hair and skin analyzer, an advanced device that provides detailed insight into customer issues, enabling more accurate product recommendations and better results.
“The store is home to many industry-first products including analytical devices, Ayutree and AyuPods, which we are confident will create a differentiated experience for Shoppers Stop customers and drive greater engagement,” Gujarati added.
What is Vedix’s product portfolio?
Vedix products consist of customized hair care, skin care and immunity products formulated by Ayurvedic physicians to suit specific consumer needs.
Vedix has unveiled Ayutree, an IoT-enabled device that dispenses customized oil samples in real time. The company says that customers can select their scalp and hair type on a tablet and choose up to two Ayupods.
Ayutree will then mix and dispense the exact combination and provide free samples tailored to customers’ needs, the company said.
Additionally, the store also carries AyuPods, currently sold exclusively in Vedix stores, which allow for highly customizable Vedix products based on specific hair and skin goals.
The company claims to have an ARR of Rs 1,500 crore and currently has a customer base of 15 million.
