CROSBY — Cuyuna Regional Medical Center in Crosby will be offering free breast and cervical cancer screenings at the Crosby Clinic on Wednesday, May 8 from 5 to 7 p.m.
This test is specifically designed for uninsured or underinsured women age 40 and older who meet income guidelines.

This initiative, in partnership with SAGE, the Minnesota Department of Health’s Cervical and Breast Cancer Screening Program, underscores our commitment to ensuring all community members have access to essential health services. All women are at risk for breast and cervical cancer, but regular screening can help prevent or detect these diseases early. The new guidelines state that women at average risk for breast cancer should begin screening mammograms at age 40 and every two years until age 74.
It is recommended that women have their first Pap test at age 21.
