“For the next few weeks we’ll be focusing on the core with an abdominal burn. In the studio, we’re challenging our community to complete 21 classes within a 30-day cycle. There’s an ab challenge online; We’re going to drop in ‘for the next three weeks, you’ll have to do five new workouts a week,’ Nagy explains.
Think Pilates-inspired sit-ups, teaser variations, cardio bursts, low-impact HIIT exercises, killer core combination moves, and more.
“To achieve the best results, we prioritize form and technique. Emphasizing correct posture and starting with your center and core will leave you feeling strong,” she shares.
When you finish this series, you can expect to feel great (and maybe even a little sore).
“I want my clients to feel confident, strong, and trained. … Strength is an invaluable confidence booster,” she says.
So when you go to the beach to take photos for Instagram, all you need are the essentials for a sunny day.
“I like to exfoliate my skin, give myself a lymphatic massage, make an anti-bloating smoothie, and hydrate before going to the beach.…I always have SPF, sunglasses, a good book, a speaker, and Le Carenage.” I’ll bring you a bottle of rosé,” Naji blurts.
As for her posing tips, she said, “Relax your shoulders, cup your core, lengthen your legs, and most importantly, smile.”
To stay in shape this summer, Nagy recommends finding a consistent routine that works for you and your schedule, no matter how busy you are.
“Eat healthy, stay hydrated and continue to find ways to move your body every day. Repeat the online challenges whenever you like. Classes are travel-friendly, require no equipment and take no more than 25 minutes,” she points out.
