- She also clashed with Caroline Brooks, 38, after learning that she had called her “the C-word.”
On Tuesday’s episode of “The Real Housewives of Dubai,” Caroline Stanberry underwent a hypnotherapy session to improve her relationship with her husband, Sergio Carraro.
The episode began with Ms. Stanbury, 48, and her new husband, Sergio, 29, finally packing up their belongings after months of moving out of their friend Michael’s house to prepare for their new home.
While Sergio helped them pack, Stanberry invited hypnotherapist Marisa Peer to their home to provide couples counseling and help with personal issues.
“She’s the best hypnotherapist in the UK. She was Princess Diana’s therapist, so if she was good enough for Princess Diana, she’s good enough for me,” Stanbury confessed.
Stanbery told her that Marisa had gone to boarding school when she was eight years old and stayed there until she was 18, despite her mother telling her she didn’t want to go. Marisa theorized that her troubles with Sergio stemmed from that and her upbringing, and he hypnotized Marisa to be less controlling between them.
“I choose not to micromanage Sergio, and I like that,” Stanberry said, echoing Marisa’s comments.

Stanberry later told Sergio that he realized she was doting on him too much like a mother, and that Sergio was upset and told her he was leaving.
She also said that Caroline Brooks, 38, “Don’t Cross the Caro-line” season 2 episode.
“Ayan called me and said I called Caroline a whore,” Brooks said. “No, I don’t remember calling her that.”
Brooks was at dinner with Tareen Murray, 36, and Lesa Milan, 35, and said he realized he had made some very inappropriate comments at Tareen’s party the night before, but he did not remember calling Stanberry the “C-word.”
“That word isn’t really used that often,” Tareen said.
“If I used it, it would show I was really angry,” Brooks said.
Brooks said she was still upset that Stanberry made comments about Tareen and joked about seeing her genitals. Tareen said she had already spoken to Stanberry about it and was no longer upset.
“She’s not an idiot,” Brooks said, “but she is an idiot.”
Later, Stanbury’s friend Michael threw a big housewarming party for Stanbury and Sergio.
At the party, Sergio told Sara Al Madani, 38, that during a hypnotherapy session he had heard Stanberry talk about him being with someone who looked like his mother, and that the story upset him.
“Caroline needs to recover from the trauma because you’ve been her punching bag,” Sarah said.
Michael told Chanel Ayan, 46, that Stanberry and Sergio were ready to move out of the house when Stanberry’s breasts popped out of her dress, which she quickly fixed.
“You have amazing boobs, baby,” Tareen said.
“Thank you,” Stanberry said.
Stanberry then told the other women that Brooks wasn’t coming to the party because she had “disinvited him.”
“Why would you do that?” Chanel said.
“I wasn’t there and she called without my knowledge and said, ‘See you next Tuesday,'” Stanberry said.
“She was drunk,” Sarah said.
“I thought we had a really good relationship and then after she called and said, ‘See you next Tuesday,’ I wondered why on earth I would ever invite her over to my best friend’s house,” Stanbury confessed.
“I don’t care one bit that I wasn’t invited to Stanbury’s little eviction party,” Brooks confessed.
Tareen said he was shocked Stanberry would do such a thing.
“You can’t invite someone and then uninvite them,” Tareen confessed.
Resa said she tried to hold Brooks accountable.
“I think she just dumped you like it was a bad habit,” Letha said.
Mr Stanbury’s 17-year-old daughter, Yasmin, told Sergio she thought he was a bit clingy.
“I mean this in the best way, you follow your mommy around like a lost puppy,” Yasmin said.
“Because I love her,” Sergio said.
Michael brought out a cake with models of Sergio and Stanbury on it, Yasmin bit their heads off, everyone started dancing and Sergio fell into the pool in his white pants.
“Oh, your pants are visible,” Stanbury said. “Go back.”
The next day, Sarah got ready for a date: she told her son that she was going to find his ideal father and her ideal man.
Resa took her visiting mother, Juliet, shopping at Old Dubai Market before having lunch by the water.
“When are you moving to Dubai?” Resa said.
“Letha, when are you coming back?” Juliet said. “I don’t want to come here and depend on you.”
“Children should take care of their parents,” Resa said. “You’ve already sacrificed so much.”
“My father was my hero,” Resa said in a confessional, “but sadly, everything changed when my mother found out he had another family in Canada. He was living a double life.”
Lesa said her mother then moved to Miami, but she didn’t know the details until several years later. Juliette said she didn’t want to leave her job to move to Dubai. Juliette began crying, feeling that the relationship between them had grown apart, and said she would consider moving to Dubai.
Tareen and her husband, Raffi, ask Sarah out on a date with a new guy named Daniel. Sarah questions Daniel, asking him if he’s ever been to prison and if he believes in aliens. Daniel replies that he has never been to prison, but he does believe in aliens.
“Aliens are a big part of my life,” Sarah confessed. “If you’re in a relationship with me, we talk about 48-900-7.”
“Have you ever dated a woman with kids?” Tareen asked.
“I don’t know,” Daniel said. “I don’t see how it’s different.”
“You’ve got to be kidding me about cockblocks running around all the time,” Tareen said. “I’m kidding.”
Daniel gets up from the table and Sarah tells Tareen that all she can think about is being friends with him.
Stanbury and Brooks met for coffee and chatted, and although Stanbury arrived first, Brooks made her wait, arriving 29 minutes late.
“It’s a little late,” Stanberry said.
“Obviously, we’re starting a new business,” Brooks said. “You know, we just opened.”
“Okay, well, Caroline, we’re all doing our own thing,” Stanbury said. “So, what’s going on with us?”
“There are unresolved issues,” Brooks said.
“I agree, 100 percent,” Stanberry said.
“Obviously the comments about Tareen kind of fired me up a little bit,” Brooks said.
“Leave him alone!” said Stanbury.
“Why on earth am I explaining this to Brooks when Tareen has already moved on,” Stanbury confessed. “Obviously, this isn’t just a joke. To be fair, I think she’s jealous of my relationship with Resa and Ayan. She liked me when I was on the island because she could save me, but now she doesn’t need to be saved.”
Brooks said she didn’t feel Stanberry supported her and, in her confessional, said she caused the end of friendships with Resa and Ayan, but that Stanberry has now become best friends with them.
“I called to say we’d meet again next Tuesday,” Stanberry said.
“If I called you that, it would be completely wrong,” Brooks said. “We’ve both been through much worse things in our lives. If you’re asking if you’re dead, the answer is no.”
“She has not been willing to take responsibility for her actions lately,” Stanbury confessed. “Going forward, I will be nice to Brooks for now, but I don’t trust her. She says one thing to my face and another behind my back.”
“You come from an English farming family,” Brooks said in his confessional. “You’re no Princess Diana. May her soul rest in peace. Be humble, my love.”
Brooks told Stanberry they both have things to work on.
“The Real Housewives of Dubai” returns next Tuesday on Bravo.
