We get it: finding time to exercise between everything else you have to do can be a challenge. But we’ve got a 15-minute Pilates workout you can do in your pajamas, next to your bed, or wherever else.

It may not seem like much, but even just 15 minutes can make a big difference to your physical and mental health. Taking some time for yourself can help you feel rested, calmed, and rejuvenated, and can help you build or maintain strength and flexibility, and much more.

If you’re short on time, you can focus your workouts on one body part, such as your glutes, core or arms, to challenge your muscles. You can also structure your routine by choosing different focus areas for each day of the week, such as arms on Mondays and core on Tuesdays.
