

Bright Sun Travel recently held an information session focusing on women’s menstruation. Health and Hygiene. Ayurvedic experts Dr Jitendra Gill and Dr Priti Gill led the session, which was also participated by Brightsun Travel staff, aimed at creating awareness on menstrual health and related issues.
Dr Jitendra Gill, an expert in Ayurveda and naturopathy, “Menstrual health is not just a women’s issue – it’s a human issue. By bringing the issue out into the open and educating both men and women, we can remove the stigma and taboo around menstruation.”
Dr. Priti Gill is a renowned Ayurvedic practitioner. “Awareness and education are the first steps towards creating an inclusive and supportive environment for women. Understanding the body’s natural processes can promote a culture of empathy and respect,” said Dr Priti Gill.

Employees were encouraged to ask questions not only about menstrual support in the workplace but also how they can support their female family members at home, engaging in open discussions that made for interactive and impactful sessions.
