Biohacker Brian Johnson has revealed one of the most surprising key ingredients in your daily anti-aging diet: chocolate.
But the health-obsessed millionaire trying to cheat death isn’t talking about sugary sweets as most people think.
The California tech mogul, 46, posted a video on YouTube revealing his own twist on the sweet treat.
Johnson spent about $2 million a year on an age-reversing scheme dubbed “Project Blueprint” and made headlines for his controversial and persistent attempts to live forever.
In a recent video, Johnson showed off a bunch of chocolates, another Project Blueprint favorite, and joked about how much he’d eaten in the past “three years,” before confirming that he had his sights set on Hershey’s. He clarified that it was not a block.

“Sometimes it’s good for us and sometimes it’s not,” Johnson explained.
“Today, we’re going to introduce something that’s good for us, something that we want to do, and that’s chocolate,” he said excitedly.
Johnson, who runs the Blueprint Store, which sells products used in anti-aging, said he and his team “sourned the world for the best cacao possible.”
“We measured them, we tested them, and now we have a version available to you,” he exclaimed.
Johnson swears by his love of cocoa and cites its health benefits for brain health, including executive function, long-term memory, and heart health.
Johnson is a big fan of cocoa, but says not all cocoa is created equal.
“If you want to buy high-quality cocoa, you need to consider a few things. The first is that it is pure cocoa. The second is whether you want to leave it unattended. Third And fourth, it needs to have a high content of flavonols,” he shared.
Johnson said he uses cocoa powder in his recipes and vowed that it helped reduce his biological age by five years.
He recommends incorporating it into a nutritious diet by mixing it with nut milk or drinking it on its own.
According to Medical News Today, cocoa powder is rich in antioxidants and has several potential health benefits. These include helping lower blood pressure and reduce the risk of heart disease.
Blueprint Cocoa retails for $39 and is recommended with nut milk, coffee, or the brand’s own nutty butter.
Along with cocoa powder, the millionaire biohacker considers extra virgin olive oil (EVOO) to be a key ingredient in the quest for youthfulness.
He launched his own menu as part of Project Blueprint, which he claims will add “spice and fun” to all of his food.
Johnson claims he spent a total of $6 million to reverse his physical age, turning back the clock five years.
The tech mogul also talked about her skincare routine, saying she tries to minimize her time in the sun by going out as much as possible in the early morning or evening when the UV index is lower.
According to an anti-aging biohacker, his long skin care routine is paying off and he’s already seen his age regress.
“Some markers put my skin age around 64 years old, but recent measurements say I’m between 37 and 42 years old,” he said.
After adopting a highly structured program in 2020, Johnson claims he now has the heart of a 37-year-old, the skin of a 28-year-old, and the strength of an 18-year-old.
His plan includes getting a solid intake of 80 vitamins and minerals a day and eating 70 pounds of vegetable puree a month.
