Over the past two years, it has become clear that the leader of the free world has experienced severe cognitive decline and profound dissonance. He often has no understanding of where he is or what is expected of him. In essence, Joe Biden, in control of the world’s most advanced nuclear arsenal, embodies astonishing absurdity.

The core issue for the United States is not this debate or the upcoming presidential election, but the disturbing reality that the incumbent president appears out of touch with the status quo. This predicament diminishes America’s standing, portraying the country as even more disoriented than its apparently weak leader. The American people appear powerless and out of control of their own destiny. It is a stunning downfall for a country that prides itself on exceptionalism.
