But it’s Pilates that seems to have the most devoted following. The slow, controlled, core-focused workout is featured at some of Dallas’ top studios, including Session and SculptHouse. A fixture in Aspen for nearly 20 years, O2 is opening its first expansion location in Dallas in late spring 2024, bringing its popular Pilates and Hot Power Yoga classes with it. A separate Pilates room offers classic reformer classes as well as more challenging “power reformer” classes.
Vibe: Our airy Pilates room has great views from the terminal’s best spot, plus hand-picked instructors, great locker rooms and a curated front boutique. We recommend taking a beginners class to get comfortable on the Reformer before venturing into the O2.

Located in a new building on Hillcrest Avenue next to SMU, Lagree Studios is home to some of the most impressive megaformers in the game, along with incredible lighting.
Vibe: Moody lighting distracts from the challenging classes. There will be many students walking in from Southern Methodist University.
