Pella Regional Health Center is partnering with the Marion County GOAL Consortium to host a Behavioral Health Wellness Fair to provide information and resources for people concerned about mental health and substance abuse issues.
The public is invited to attend the event on Thursday, July 18th from 5:30-7:30pm at the Graham Center on the Central College campus. A wellness fair and dining will take place from 5:30-6pm and 7:30-7pm, with keynote speaker Angela Kenneke speaking from 6-7pm. Angela is the founder, president and CEO of Emily’s Hope, a charity that provides hope and treatment scholarships to families struggling with addiction. She is also an investigative journalist working to end the stigma surrounding addiction and find solutions to the overdose epidemic.
