Ayurvedic shop: $75,000 stolen in robbery at Ayurvedic shop in Bhopal | Ahmedabad News

AHMEDABAD: A shop selling Patanjali products in Bhopal was targeted by robbers over the weekend and Rs 75,000 in cash was stolen. Sonika Rajput, 47, a resident of Pooja Flats near TRP Mall, filed a complaint with Bhopal police in the case on Monday. Rajput runs a Patanjali shop selling Ayurvedic products at Siddhi Bungalow in Bhopal. She told police that she had closed her shop on Saturday night and when she opened it on Monday morning, she found that her digital video recorder (DVR) was broken. When she inspected the shop, she found the stolen cash of Rs 75,000 kept there. “The thieves had removed the ventilation fan to enter the shop,” she told police. Bhopal police have registered an FIR for house burglary and theft against unidentified persons and have begun investigation. tnn
