“I started Frenshe, a wellness platform, because I was learning a lot about wellness and non-toxic living and wanted to share it with others,” she says. “Our community grew from there, and I think it’s because a lot of people are like me: They want to incorporate health principles into their lives, but they don’t feel very comfortable doing it. Frenshe really took off during the pandemic, when people were able to stay at home and do things like go to yoga or group meditation to feel their best. When I ran out, I started creating small rituals at home instead, and I realized they all had to do with scent and how much certain scents affected my overall mood. I realized that in our brain, scent is very connected to emotions, which gave me the idea to create a collection of daily health essentials. Being Frenshe started as a way to uplift your mood by doing something you do regularly, like taking a shower or lighting a candle.”

Fragrance is essential to a brand. More importantly, how does the scent make you glow? feel. “Scent and mood go hand in hand, so I use scent to enhance my activities throughout the day,” says Tisdale. “I use the Being Frenshe Citrus Amber product in the morning. I just don’t think it’s necessary. I use Botox to treat my temporomandibular joint disorder, and it’s very effective.
