Ashley is a big fan of dance-based fitness. “Here, I lean a lot more towards ballet as a foundation for my workouts. Ashley loves Pilates: “My Pilates sessions are one-on-one because I would cheat in a group environment. If my trainer Katie isn’t watching, I’ll definitely sit back and slack off,” she says.
