Apple is rolling out new content for its workout service Fitness+, including new meditation themes, a yoga program for golfers, artist spotlights from Super Bowl halftime show performers, and new celebrity guests for the audio walking experience “Time to Walk.” It is scheduled to open in 2024.
Starting January 8th, Apple Fitness+ will have a new meditation theme called Sounds. This theme includes sounds to calm and relax the user, such as the sound of a gong or a singing bowl hitting. At release he will have 7 sounds available and new meditations will be added weekly. Sound meditations last 5, 10, and 20 minutes.

Yoga has been proven to be a beneficial exercise that helps golfers improve their swing. Apple Fitness+ now includes Strength, Core, and Yoga for Golfers, a new workout program designed by pro golfer Rose Chan to improve strength, flexibility, and mobility. This program has four of his workouts and is led by Fitness+ trainer Kyle Ardill.
To celebrate the upcoming Super Bowl halftime show with Usher, the service will feature an artist spotlight dedicated to Usher and three past halftime performers (Rihanna, Britney Spears, U2) on February 5th. Start.

Finally, Apple is adding new episodes to Time to Walk, an audio experience launched in 2021 to inspire listeners with celebrity stories.
