Hades 2 has a hub world you’ll never want to leave
Crossroads is already a place I want to go to again and again.
Many of these are spent in the Cauldron in the center of the Crossroads. Here you can get permanent upgrades to your game, such as changes to dangerous regions, new characters to meet, or simple story progression.

How to unlock spells
Crossroads Cauldron becomes available After the second challenge to the underworld. The first try is where the game begins, and the second try is when you enter the game on your own for the first time.
Since then, Spells are unlocked when certain progress benchmarks are reachedwhether it’s reaching a certain area, casting a previous spell, or defeating a certain boss over and over again.
These requirements feel very random, so the only advice we can offer is to keep playing the game and unlocking the spells you have. New spells will eventually appear.

Eventually, the following abilities will be unlocked: Craft items in cauldrons. These work a little differently than spells. After paying the required amount of resources, the cauldron closes in a certain time unit. Spells cannot be cast while the cauldron is creating the requested item.
Time units are spent interacting with characters using exotic items (such as bath salts) or clearing out rooms in the underground world or above ground.
