New Delhi [India]May 21 (ANI): The All India Institute of Ayurveda (AIIA), New Delhi, has organized a series of events to mark the 30-day countdown to International Yoga Day 2024.
The theme of this event was “Yoga for Women’s Empowerment.”
Sister BK Shivani, who is known as a motivational speaker and was the guest of honor at the event, highly appreciated the role of AIIA in modern times in terms of systematically extending services related to Ayurveda and its related sciences to society. .
She argued that maintaining a peaceful mind through the practice of yoga should help individuals make informed decisions for the welfare of society.
