Abbey Clancy has opened up about her battle with anxiety, revealing she uses hypnosis to deal with anxiety as it “ruins everything”.

In an exclusive interview with MailOnline about her new podcast venture, Exhibition A, the mother-of-four revealed that constantly worrying “scares her”.

Abbey, who admits her mind is always focused on the worst-case scenario, went to the doctor in January after her legs became numb from just wearing too-tight jeans.

She pulled herself together and Googled her symptoms, believing she had multiple sclerosis and becoming worried.

Multiple sclerosis (MS) is a disease that can affect the brain and spinal cord and can cause a range of potential symptoms, including problems with vision, arm and leg movement, sensation and balance, according to the NHS. There is a gender.

In an exclusive interview with MailOnline about her new podcast venture, Exhibition A, the mother-of-four revealed that constantly worrying is “scary”.

However, since the accident, Abbey has been told she does not have MS and has been seeing a hypnotherapist to help ease her anxiety, which she says has been “successful”.

She told MailOnline: “I really suffer from health anxiety and the worst thing is the Google symptoms.”

“It’s something I always do and I had to train myself to overcome it.

“Sometimes I self-diagnose and get scared, but I wouldn’t recommend that to anyone.

“But this is something I’ve been working on, and I’ve tried hypnosis, and it actually works. It works, man.”

“I just change my thought process. I catastrophize everything. I’m just such a worrier.”

Furthermore, she added: “So I always end up thinking about the worst-case scenario, and I’m not completely rational about it…’Oh, maybe this could happen, or this could happen.'”

“It’s scary, but it’s something I’m dealing with and I’ve talked about it before on the podcast.”

The 38-year-old WAG admits she's always heading for the worst-case scenario, and went to the doctor in January after wearing jeans that were too tight.

She said, “That didn’t give me a diagnosis. I know the signs myself.

“It basically just retrains your brain to think in a different way. And it works, so it takes practice.

“It’s the simple things you can change in your daily life that can help with everything.”

Abbie discussed her anxiety issues with husband Peter Crouch, 42, on the Newlyweds podcast. The football legend admitted that his wife “she took on everyone’s problems” and that she wants him to step back.

The former Liverpool striker told listeners: “There are health scares and she has issues with that. I wish Abs had less to worry about.”

“I feel like she’s taking on everyone’s problems. That’s good, but it comes at a cost.”

She wants to share their life stories to reveal the secrets of success and learn some life lessons from those who are shaping today’s society.

Listeners can expect to gain motivation as well as actionable insights.

Whether you’re looking for strategies to overcome adversity, self-help tips, or simply inspiration to pursue your passion, there’s something for everyone.

Abbey even told MailOnline that the show isn’t without drama. She said there was so much crying during one episode that she wondered if it could be aired.

she said: “There’s definitely something for everyone.

“This is a podcast for men and women who want to learn and want to hear motivation, inspiration, teaching, and incredibly interesting stories.

“Some of them are sobbing throughout the interview and they’re like, ‘Oh my God, can I put this out there?'”

“I feel like everyone has a similar life and upbringing as me, and when I look at some people, I wonder how in the world can I get to the top and be a part of other people and the world we live in?” I think I’m paving the way for the club.” How did you survive today when you got off to a terrible start in life?

“As we all know, some survival stories have become blockbusters. And for anyone looking for a way to rise from the bottom… I think there are people.”

Abby will be releasing a new podcast on April 22, 2024, interviewing a number of fascinating guests with inspiring life experiences.

What is health anxiety?

Health anxiety, or hypochondria, is a constant worry that you are sick or on the verge of becoming sick, to the point that your anxiety begins to dominate your life.

Symptoms include frequently checking your body for signs of illness and obsessively looking for health information on the internet.

Other signs that you may have health concerns include worrying that your doctor may have missed something, and often having other people reassure you that you are not sick.

Anxiety itself can also cause symptoms such as headaches and increased heart rate.

Relaxation techniques and challenging your thoughts can help reduce health concerns.
