Patanjali University, Central Council for Research in Yoga and Natural Medicine (CCRYN), New Delhi and NIN Pune will be organizing the 6th Natural Medicine Day in Haridwar, Uttarakhand this weekend. On this occasion, a two-day international conference on “Natural Remedies for Holistic Health” will also be held on November 18th and 19th, jointly organized by CCRYN and Patanjali University. It has been confirmed that the conference will be held at Patanjali University, Haridwar.
Patanjali Yogpeeth, in collaboration with CCRYN, NIN and World Federation of Naturopathic Medicine, will host the second International Congress of Naturopathic Medicine.
At this conference, students, teachers, researchers, businessmen and academics from India and abroad will discuss opportunities and challenges in the field of naturopathic medicine and find new ways to develop the field.
The conference will discuss topics such as functional foods, naturopathic nutrition, spas, natural remedies in public health, the medicinal properties of foods, the gut microbiome and dysbiosis, and the scientific basis of naturopathic concepts. Naturopathy is a safe medical system without drugs and without potential side effects, through which good mental and physical health can be easily achieved. World Naturopathy Day is celebrated on November 18 every year by the Ministry of AYUSH (Ayurveda, Yoga, Naturopathy, Unani, Siddha and Homeopathy), Government of India to promote Naturopathy.
