A journey of emotional healing and regulation

CHENNAI: Edward Bach, the British physician, bacteriologist and spiritual writer, once said: “All we have to do is live our lives and maintain our individuality to be the captains of our own ships and everything will be fine,” he said. He is best known for developing Bach Therapy in 1930, an alternative medicine influenced by the classical homeopathic tradition. The homeopath claimed that Bach flower remedies “cure individuality” because they consist of floral energy patterns and do not contain plant parts.

Over the summer and spring of that year, Edward Bach collected 38 flower essences and grouped them into seven groups, each of which cured one emotion. “Emotions can range from fear, anxiety, worry, sadness, and confusion,” explains Bach flower therapist Sita Rao. Some examples include: “If the cause of the fear is specific, Mimulus is prescribed. If the cause of the fear is unknown, Aspen is used. For panic attacks, Rockrose is most effective. ” she shares.

Sometimes celebrities, especially actors, are forced to lead a double life, leading a happy life in public but going through difficult times. In that case, agrimony is suggested. This flower promotes openness, self-acceptance, and inner joy. Sita says this while giving an example. “Whenever we buy a seedling from a nursery, we expect it to bloom the next day, but that never happens. ”

In such situations, the plant goes through a phase in which it finds comfort in a change of atmosphere and care. Sita realizes their feelings for each other and consumes vervain (given for excessive enthusiasm) and gentian (for encouragement). “I drop walnut pills or mother tincture into the water I use to water the plants to acclimate them,” says Seeta, adding that hornbean is good for growth and crabapple is good for infections. She continued, “While treating plants, my enthusiasm and dissatisfaction are treated, because there are two ways of healing.”

These flowers can be taken as tablets with or without water or, interestingly, by word. “Take a clean white sheet and draw two concentric circles. Write your worry, fear, or confusion about something in the center. In the second circle, write the name of the associated flower and place it under your pillow or at your work desk. If you place it on top of it, the treatment will work,” she points out. Spray this around to heal the energy around you.

Bach flower remedies help individuals reconnect with their higher potential. According to Sita, “Everyone is born with equal potential, but emotions such as fear and worry can overwhelm us, creating cracks in our energy and the nature of our being, and ultimately It shatters into pieces.” This is similar to the concept of kintsugi, a Japanese technique of assembling broken parts by applying lacquer powdered or blended with platinum, silver, or gold powder.

alternative healing methods “This can be understood as accepting life with its limitations and flaws, and being optimistic that the broken pieces can be put back together beautifully,” explains Seeta, a certified pranic healer and EFT facilitator. We offer pranic healing and tapping services using Bach Flower Therapy. Through pranic healing, Theta centers and aligns the various chakras in our body, changing our reactions to situations through a tapping process. “Pranic healing involves addressing disharmony and imbalances in the aura (energy) around the body. Any physical illness first appears in the energy body and then in the physical body. It makes an impact,” she says. All kinds of distortions are removed and energy flows easier. “The chakras are scanned to understand the problem. For example, the heart chakra is scanned to find heart or lung problems,” says Seeta. Along with this, she said, tapping “also helps heal faster.” There are 15 tapping points on our bodies, from the top of our heads to our fingertips. These techniques help individuals become aware and understand their emotions. Sita poses a question and asks, “Show me an event that does not involve emotions or the mind?” In order to heal from them, it is important, as Edward rightly reminds us, to have a source that forms a balance between the body and energy of the body, mind and emotions. If you overcome that conflict and give him all the hope and encouragement you can, the virtue within itself will do the rest. ”
