Mindful meditation to celebrate your victories
Whether it’s a hard-earned promotion, a successful event, or just being able to get out of bed and go to work, celebrating a victory can feel unnatural (and yes, sometimes things like that happen). there is). After all, our brains are hardwired to focus on the negative.
