Mindful meditation to help you find inspiration
Never have we felt more immersed than when we experience something for the first time: a new country, a movie premiere, a gallery opening. By fully immersing ourselves in what the experience feels like, looks like, and tastes like, we tune into all of our senses and activate our childlike wonder. will become. It’s like capturing that moment in live photography. This way of looking at something in a fresh, new way is called Beginner’s Mind, and it’s an important concept in mindfulness and meditation.
It can be difficult to experience life this way when we go about our daily lives and see the same people and places we always do. In today’s meditation, we will practice “note”. Note-taking is a simple meditation technique that helps you see how you’re thinking about things and get back to basics.
The more you practice these and other mindfulness techniques, the more you can bring a fresh, non-judgmental perspective to every aspect of your life.
