Nothing in the history of mental wellness has been more revolutionary than the advent of Bach flower remedies, experts say.

When did it evolve?
Discovered by British physician Dr. Edward Bach between 1920 and 1940, the 38 Bach flower remedies are prepared using flower essences from wild trees and shrubs. Since then, these treatments have been used in more than 70 countries around the world to effectively manage and heal mental and emotional conditions.

What is Bach Flower Therapy?
On the eve of International Doctors Day, Bach flower therapist and psychotherapist Indronil Mukherjee said, Therefore, it can be used as a complementary therapy alongside other treatment courses without the risk of side effects, overdose, or contraindications.

“This treatment is non-toxic, non-addictive and gluten-free, saving humanity from the scourge of side effects and damage allegedly caused by modern medicine. Can also be used on plants.

Floral Essences work at the vibrational level of the human conscious body and include the conscious body beyond the physical body, including the living body, the spiritual body, and the supra-mental body. They base their research on holistic, quantum and behavioral science principles and go beyond the realm of medicine,” Dr. Mukherjee added.

How can these treatments help?
Dr. Mukherjee says Bach Flower Therapy aims to completely heal mental and emotional conditions from the core, and it has been proven to do so. “Negative emotional states are not ‘fighted’ as symptoms (a major departure from the mechanisms by which modern medicine works). This is because it maintains your emotions energetically. Instead, a superior harmonic vibration of energy floods them, which, according to Dr. Buck, melts them like “snow in the rays of the sun.” ”

The 38 Bach flowers belong to what Dr. Bach calls “high flowers.” Each of them embodies a certain concept of the mind and, like a kind of catalyst, restores the cut off contact between human essence and personality, restores not only the internal harmony of the individual, but also the direct It also restores external harmony with the situation.

It has been proven beyond doubt that most of the physical ailments result from emotional imbalances, so Bach flower remedies can be used to treat physical ailments, especially joint problems, asthma, autoimmune diseases, diabetes, hypertension, IBS, and obesity. It can also help treat, manage, and cure chronic diseases such as. As Dr. Mukherjee explains, among other things.

Treatments are carefully selected, combined, and administered after careful examination of the problem at hand, behavioral/emotional patterns, and the individual’s personality type. Therefore, there is no one-size-fits-all solution.

Bach flower therapy must be continued for some time. A competent therapist will apply layer upon layer of healing remedies, starting with the negative thoughts, emotions, behaviors, habits, attitudes, and ultimately the deep-rooted beliefs and conditions that are the root cause. This leads to permanent healing of the entire Being, an irreversible inner change.
