At Cave Creek, our unique form of therapy offers women a tranquil environment for healing and reflection.
Finding Your Way/Equine Guided Well-Being begins the third year of its transformational equine meditation circles, offering women the opportunity to connect with themselves and with nature.
The circles will be held at Cave Creek on Saturday, March 16, and Saturday, April 6, from 10 to 11:30 a.m. Admission is $30 per person, with a limit of 10 people per session. Dreamcatcher Healing Ranch is located at 6095 E. Fleming Springs Road.
Equine Meditation Circles provide a sanctuary for women to relax, de-stress, and cultivate inner peace. Set in Cave Creek against the backdrop of the Sonoran Desert, participants can take part in calming meditation sessions led by experienced facilitators while surrounded by gentle equine companions.
“We believe in the profoundly healing power of the human-horse connection,” co-founder Marie Livingston said in a press release. “Horses have an instinctive ability to respond to our emotions and accept us unconditionally, making them the ideal companions on our journey toward self-discovery and healing.”
Horse meditation circles are open to women of all ages and no experience with horses or meditation is necessary.
