A skincare fan has shared her gentle wrinkle-fighting tricks.
They revealed that their extreme approach has left their skin glowing and wrinkle-free even in their 60s.
They say they swear by a few staples that they keep using all the time, including Clarins’ Blue Orchid, Santal, and Lotus Facial Oils (which retail for $67 each) and an oil that sells for $17 on Amazon.
“Use a facial oil at night. Massage diligently,” wrote Reddit user Subterraniate.
“There are so many oils on the market these days that it can be confusing, but you can’t go wrong with Trilogy Rosehip Oil or any of Clarins’ three classic oils.”
The company added that the beauty investment will cost shoppers about $50.
“You don’t have to pay more than 45 euros [$49] “This is skin care that already has very little room for improvement, so stop,” they say.
“I’ve been using oils for about 30 years and you can see by looking at my skin that it really works.”
The oil, they explained, was meant as a light treatment for the skin.
“I believe in a very gentle approach to skincare,” they said.

“No scrubs, no astringents, no acids (except hyaluronic acid, which is not an acid as we know it), and of course no retinol, although I’m sure most people would agree.”
They opted for as much hydration as possible instead of active ingredients or ingredients that are considered harsh.
“My goal is not to erase wrinkles, but to provide maximum hydration, as I believe moisturizers and oils work the same way from the inside out. That’s lesson ended!” they said.
The skincare range also includes face creams from Burren Perfumery.
“It’s a really great, natural cream,” they said.
“All you need is a really high-quality cream, not one with big anti-ageing claims, and free of occlusives (silicones) and other petrochemical fillers and emulsifiers that will stop the cream from working at its best.”

Dr Anatalia Moore is a general practitioner and dermatologist with over 11 years of clinical experience.
She told the US Sun that her goal is to give patients the knowledge they need to take control of their skin conditions.
She said the basic fundamentals of a beauty routine remain the same at any age, including using an effective cleanser, moisturizer and sunscreen.
“Moisturizers are my favorite over products that contain active ingredients,” she says.
“Finding a balancing moisturizer that provides proper hydration and replenishes and locks in natural oils will literally stabilize your skin.
“This in itself can provide immediate relief from fine lines and skin texture, which are often exacerbated by dehydration.”
“It also allows the skin to function as it should.
“This can result in faster healing, fewer wrinkles and fine lines, fewer dermatitis and rosacea flare-ups, and shorter-lasting, less severe breakouts.”
Dr. Moore’s Skincare Essentials:
“The key with this type of skin care is to commit to the long term.
“You’ll notice plumper, happier skin immediately, but the real benefits accumulate over time as your skin regenerates and gradually reveals newer, plumper skin to the world.
“If you continue this gentle care every day, these effects will be long-lasting and permanent.”
Avid skincare fans have revealed that even people in their 60s can expect great results.
“It is possible to maintain radiant, wrinkle-free skin even in your late 60s, when the effects of gravity begin to take hold,” the researchers said.
“Wrinkles and lines don’t matter as long as your skin is clear and healthy. That’s what I’ve realized!”
