Celebrity stylist Shura Khan, who is married to actor and producer Arbaaz Khan, is often a hot topic on the internet. Shura keeps posting lovey-dovey pictures with her husband Arbaaz on Instagram.
Shura’s latest Instagram post is not about Arbaaz but about his mother-in-law, veteran actress Helen.
Shura Khan shares a photo with Helen
On July 18, Shura Khan posted a new photo to Instagram of her and Helen during their Pilates session. In the Instagram Story, Shura can be seen kissing Helen on the cheek. Her Pilates trainer, Yasmin Karachiwala, is also in the photo.
In the picture, the veteran actress can be seen cutely pouting her lips.
Shura tagged Helen and Yasmin in the photo, writing, “Pilates buddies.” She also included a sweet caption for Helen: “Auntie Helen you are such an inspiration,” she wrote, along with a red heart emoji.

Helen, 85, impresses fans with her regular Pilates routine
Helen, best known for songs like “Yeh Mera Dil”, “Mehbooba Mehbooba” and “Monika O My Darling”, has recently started doing Pilates regularly to stay fit and healthy.
In June 2024, Helen appeared in an Instagram video with Yasmin Karachiwala, where she spoke about the benefits that Pilates has brought to her life. The 85-year-old actress shared that she feels “energetic, alive and happy” after her Pilates sessions.
In the video, Helen says that Pilates “lifts my mood.” “I don’t need to drink or smoke to get a high, Pilates lifts my mood,” she adds.
