Regular oil massage

Known as Abhyanga in Ayurveda, it is highly effective in maintaining healthy hair by increasing blood circulation, nourishing hair follicles and preventing dryness and dandruff.



Herbal Hair Mask

It deeply nourishes hair and strengthens it from the roots. Common ingredients include Amla (Indian gooseberry), Hibiscus, Fenugreek (Methi), Henna and Aloe Vera, each with their own unique benefits.



Balanced diet

Healthy hair requires a balanced diet rich in essential vitamins and minerals, and Ayurveda emphasizes the consumption of fresh fruits, vegetables, whole grains, nuts, seeds and dairy products to nourish hair from the inside out.
