After retiring from a successful career in the civil service, Alison Alexander chose Salisbury as her permanent home and decided to follow her passion and set up her own Pilates studio.
Her passion stems from 25 years of doing Pilates to help with her running, and Alison is passionate about the way Pilates can transform everything we do.

Alison is a qualified Pilates practitioner and instructor, and is “committed to bringing Pilates Reformer training to as many people as possible, regardless of fitness level, age or specific needs.”
“We want to build a community where everyone feels welcome and valued, regardless of age or fitness level,” Allison said.

Classes offered at Alison’s studio are small groups of up to six people or individual one-on-one, one-on-one sessions. Classes include Beginner Reformer, Reformer, Intermediate, Barre Pilates, Ladder Barrel and Chair, Classic Mat Pilates and more.
