Life coach and spiritual healer Crystal Yau spoke about her inspiration, her use of technology, and her plans for the future.

Daily Motivation
“I’m driven by a desire to love more, a spiritual desire to be more spiritual, and I’m motivated every day to continue my journey with love and compassion,” she said.
“The love and mercy part is easy for me, nothing is difficult for me. I am perfect in every way. This is just a joke but I understand that perfection is a dream that can only be achieved in dreams,” she added.
Future Plans
Talking about her future plans, she said, “My future plans include shaping the world and revolutionising the system. This is not difficult in your mind but to make it a physical reality is a challenge.”
“I understand a lot of things and I know that it’s all not something I take for granted and that it’s something that God has planted in me,” she said.
“I owe it to God that I’m in love. At the end of the day, you can stop depression but you can’t stop love. I believe in the archangels and I believe they will help me,” she explained.
Use of technology in everyday life
On using technology in her day-to-day work, she said: “You can follow me on my TikTok, Instagram and my website where I get a lot of my clients.”
“I have been spreading a lot of knowledge on social media platforms and it is my greatest honour to do so,” she added.
Advice for young, aspiring life coaches
Addressing young, aspiring life coaches, she said, “The purpose of your journey is the reason you are capable. The mindscape is easy to capture, but not hard to find.”
Career-defining moments
Speaking of her career-defining moment, she said, “My life defines my soul, my soul defines my career, and my ability to discern the truth is the truth.”
“A defining moment in my career was when I helped someone recover from trauma and made sure he had nothing else going for him other than the successful career and love life he now has,” she said.
Life motto
She revealed that her motto in life is “give a lot.”

On her definition of the word success, she said: “To me, success is happiness and that’s it. Add a little music to it and you’ll be super successful.”
